Our Fuel Pricing Guarantee
Every fuel dealer adjusts pricing constantly to reflect fluctuations in the wholesale cost of fuel. However, whether prices increase or decrease, our margin remains the same. We constantly check pricing within our market to help ensure that our retail price is highly competitive with other local full-service dealers.
In addition, we offer numerous discount programs to help our customers reduce heating costs.

Using our open market plan the price goes down and the consumer price reflects it respectively.
We try to keep things simple by offering a “Fair & Square” deal.
We do not gamble with your pocketbook.
Payment – only upon approved credit will be allowed 15 days. Must pay
within 20 days or on or before next delivery.
A 1. 5 % interest is charged monthly – totaling 18 % yearly.
Cash, Credit card, or Debit card Option:
Customers often prefer this option. Prices are kept as low as possible as payment is required at the time of delivery resulting in no receivables to our company. As a result savings gained are passed along to our customers.
**ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE NEXT DELIVERY,
UNLESS BUDGET ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE**
Our Company Policy (a glitch) IN OUR COMPUTER SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW FOR ANY MORE DELIVERIES IF THERE IS A BALANCE DUE ON YOUR ACCOUNT.
Gift Card Option:
*** If you wish to give a gift to new homeowner or just a general gift to help
someone out – we offer gift cards that may be purchased and applied to the
purchase of our oil/added to a customers account. ***
For those customers who need fuel assistance, our company has created
relationships with many government agencies and charitable organizations.
Personal Checks – Money Orders:
If Personal Check. (Please note: a return check fee of $35.00 will be charged
in the event a check is returned to us unpaid from your bank.
All checks are made payable to Mansfield Oil & Energy Co., Inc.
Under no circumstances may a check be made payable to an employee of the Company.
There are 2 delivery options:
Call or Automatic Delivery
If you prefer to call us when you are ready for a delivery, please feel free to call.
Please note: a 100 to 150 gallon minimum is required for a standard 275 or above gallon tank. A fee may apply.
Please allow at least two to three days between the time you order and the delivery.
If you wish to have automatic delivery, we will need to know if you have a
FHA, STEAM, or FHW system. Please call to discuss other requirements,
so that we have the right information to help insure a proper
degree day on your home.
Help our Drivers
You can help our drivers by following these tips:
* If snow, leaves or other debris cover your fill pipe, it will take longer to put oil
in your tank and this can delay our drivers’ delivery schedule for everyone.
*Keep a clear path to the fill pipe, especially when leaves are falling
Or even after a snow fall.
* Keep shrubbery around the fill pipe trimmed for easy access
* Secure all pets so they do not interfere with the delivery.
* Make sure your house number can be seen clearly from the road.
* This will also help assist the fire and police departments in an emergency.
